Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The Shop Light must be in original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, components, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or modification are not eligible for return.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or partially refunded.
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges
- Exchanges for the same product or an item of equivalent value are available, subject to stock availability.
